My sister purchased this device for me as a birthday gift and didn't retain the receipt.
I contacted Codejunkies Customer Service to help me resolve the issue. The other day, it simply stopped working. I received a Gotcha as a gift, and it worked well for ~2 months.
So to sum up: I placed my order the 23rd of December and today the 25th of February I still havent received a Gotcha I can use. That is now 15 days ago and I haven´t heard from them at all.It is very difficult to recommend this company to anyone. How do we proceed? That message I wrote to Codejunkies multiple times via emails, created multiple tickets, added on to previous tickets and nothing helps! It is impossible to get any response from this company! So I post here!!! UPDATE: I finally got through to ScreenJunkies after multiple tickets and they gave me the information to return the Gotcha which I did and asked for a replacement. There is something wrong with it and I would like to return it and either be refunded or receive a new one.

I have tried multiple chargers and it does not work! I already have one that works fine and that I can connect with both iPhone and android but the new one I couldn't connect with android. ORDER NUMBER CJ339216 I bought a Gotcha and I have tried everything I can not make it work! It worked when I received it but when it ran out of power I haven't been able to charge it.
